Preorder/Reserve Rules

• Only reserve or preorder if you are serious.

• It may take a few months to make and or receive the item. If you cannot wait DO NOT preorder/reserve.

• If a deposit or down payment is required, the minimum deposit or down payment is 50%.

• Deposits and down payments will be applied towards the total amount due.

• Deposits and down payments are NOT REFUNDABLE. This means if you cancel your order you will NOT get your money back.

• Balance of payment is due in full, prior to shipment.

• Preorder does not guarantee you will get everything 100% to your liking. SO PREORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

• If preorder to your request (size,fabrics etc) if mistake is made (colors, size, trims) and you decide to not keep it, we will refund you but you will get a $20 fee.  

• If you cancel your preorder or reservation after a deposit or down payment is made, you will no longer be allowed to reserve or preorder in the future.

• Please do not send payments for preorders and reservations until we confirm with you.
